Order Acceptance Policy

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a

confirmation of an offer to sell. Simply Zakka reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the

order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be

required prior to the acceptance of any order.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after your card payment has been authorized and

approved. i.e. You cannot cancel the order after checkout upon reading and agreeing to all our Terms

and Conditions.

 

Return Policy

All products, once sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for damaged/inferior

quality products provided they are reported to our staff within 3 days upon receiving of goods. All

returned products must be returned to us in their original condition/packaging and must be

accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification.

Return of products will be arranged at Simply Zakka outlet found at our Contact Us page. Our

staff must be informed and arrangement must be made by them for the returns.

 

Exchange Policy

Once a product(s) has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following:

1. Product(s) received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods aredelivered.

2. Product(s) is found to be damaged.

If the product(s) received is wrong or damaged, there will be a one-to- one exchange for the same

product. To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods. Our staff

will arrange to deliver the missing/damaged item(s).

Exchange of product(s) will be arranged at Simply Zakka outlet. Our staff must be informed and

arrangement must be made by them for the exchange.

 

Pricing Policy

Simply Zakka reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any product due to input

error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance, under the instruction of manufacturers and

distributors, and errors in advertising. Product prices at Simply Zakka website may differ from the

prices at Simply Zakka store. Coupons and promo codes are only applicable for regular priced items (i.e. not

applicable for sale/ discounted items).

 

Stock Availability

Simply Zakka cannot guarantee that every product offered for sale online would be shipped right away

as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, a product may be in stock when

you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any product

which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform

you by Email / Phone and remove the product from your order.

 

Our Online Store Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Please also review our Terms and

Conditions as well as Privacy Policy which govern your visit to the Site, so that you may understand

our policies and practices.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Simply Zakka. Following are the terms and conditions that

constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Carrier

We have engaged SingPost (Speedpost) as our carrier.

 

Shipping Method

The shipping method all of our shipments will be using is the Speedpost Standard Service

(Islandwide).

 

Shipment Processing Time

Item(s) will be delivered to your address within 3 working days after order has been processed.

Please note that delivery will be done within 3 working days after order has been processed, and not

after order has been placed. You will be notified via email once your order has been processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please

allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order,

we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Delivery Timings

Delivery will only be available on working days, from Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6pm and on Saturday,

9am to 1pm, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

 

Shipping Rates (Applicable for one delivery attempt only)

We offer shipping at a flat rate of $6 for orders below $60.

Free shipping is offered for orders $60 and above.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email, containing the tracking number, once your order has

been shipped. You can then track your order using the stated tracking number(s) via

http://track.simplyzakka.com

 

Maximum Size and Weight Limit (Applicable for one delivery package)

The maximum weight limit per delivery package is 30kg, while the maximum dimension for home

delivery is limited to the following dimension:

– Maximum length 1.5m (Length + 2xWidth + 2xHeight must not exceed 3m)

 

Shipping Surcharges

If an item is oversized, i.e. exceeds the maximum size and/ or weight limit (as stated above),

customers will be charged an additional $10.

 

Unsuccessful Delivery

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, your item(s) will be delivered to a designated Post Office/

POPStation for self-collection, within a stipulated period on your Delivery Advice.

 

POPStation Dimension (POPStation Delivery)

The dimensions of the different sizes of POPStations are as follows:

Small – 42 (w) x 10 (h) x 61 (d)

Medium – 42 (w) x 23.5 (h) x 61 (d)

Large – 42 (w) x 37 (h) x 61 (d)

 

Chargeable Weight

All charges for the services shall be calculated based on the actual weight of the item as measured by

Singpost (unless otherwise stipulated), and such determination by Singpost of the weight shall be final

and conclusive.

 

Liability Coverage

SingPost’s liability for any loss of or damage to any article or its contents shall be limited to a

maximum amount of S$150 per article or the declared value of the article, whichever is lower.

 

Customers may request for additional coverage for loss or damage to the article(s) by applying for

SingPost’s enhanced liability coverage. Enhanced liability coverage is available at an additional S$5

or 1.5% of the declared value of the article, whichever is higher.

 

Booking of Services

Shipments will be made via ezy2ship. Singpost reserves the right to impose the phone booking

charge and provision of physical con note if shipment is not made via ezy2ship.

 

Assisted Phone Booking Surcharge

$2.00 per booking will be imposed onto customer.

 

Retrieval of Proof of Delivery

Upon customer’s request, Singpost may retrieve a copy of the customer’s Proof of Delivery. For each

printed Proof of Delivery from Singpost requested, customers will be charged an additional $5 per

shipment.

 

Shipping restrictions

We currently only ship our items within Singapore. We do not offer international shipping to any other

country at this time.
